1. Rubber Stamping: using simple tools and a take-home approach, Laurie’s Rubber Stamping workshops celebrate the evolution of stamps - from a historic symbol of authority to a playful means of expression. Learn how to carve rubber erasers into stamps that you can use over and over again. Explore and stamp from Laurie’s personal library/archive.
2. Lego Stamping: A hands-on relief printing workshop using LEGO tiles, where participants are guided step-by-step to create a print inspired by their own “Happy Place.” Ideal for kids and adults. Starting with a prompt card and a blank baseplate, attendees build their design, ink it up, and press their own unique artwork. Everyone takes home a print, and leaves one behind to inspire the next wave of creativity.
3. Lino-cut printing: Learn about the history of lino cut and learn to carve and print your designs.
